Hotel Roofs Need Special Care & Attention

Exceeded expectations. They are a reputable family owned business, some may say, quality from a small town but, with BIG results. It showed in so many ways. Asking for, adressing, and ultimately fixing, any concern or questions I had. Mine's a 1920s house that had some questionable items to say the least. Steep to boot. Preferred Roofing has the knowledge and ability that squared up some gables that had some sagging to them, due to poor practices way back in the day. Replaced a facia board that was rotted on my garage. Nick and his crew really took the time to assess, evaluate, recommend, and ultimately repair what was ultimately needed. I must also mention, the selection and overall qaulity of shingles that Preferred Roofing has is much better than most GC's and Big Box stores has to offer. They also took the time to ask about my wintertime usage of an out building ( detached garage) to help gauge the amount of ice and water barrier to use. They pay attention, and it shows. Cleanup, which was done by all crew members, was absolutely phenomenal! If you're worried about how the crew does around your property, Preferred is the type to treat it with respect like its their own. Those boys knew what the heck they were doing when they took on this house. Old, steep, and the old layer looked like sun baked Dorito chips on one side, an old green salad on the other. If I ever have the need to replace a roof again, I'm going with Preferred Roofing. Their customer service, professionalism, pride of work, and quality of work is that in which can resonate thru generations. It'd be a real treat to hear that one day when Im old and gray, that my own child or grandkids had their roof replaced by Preferred because of how good they made mine again!!! Kudos to the entire crew, nothing but respect and admiration for the job well done.
