This company and their staff are fantastic to work with. I had my roof done in October 2023 and am so pleased. Dave was always on top of things and communicated everything clearly and timely. Plus….I just got my warranty information in the mail from the warranty company. Preferred took care of filing all that information for me! From beginning to the end, they are clearly an awesome company to do business with!

Really great people to work with. Did it when they said they would. Completed in a timely manner and cleaned all debris up after. Kept us in the loop the whole time and for the price quoted. Even took care of the insurance company.

I e-mailed Preferred Roofing based on a referral from my neighbor. I provided some basic information and Nick had a proposal back to me the same day. They started one day and finished the next. The price was reasonable, the workmanship was great. The site was clean when they left. It was a job well done.

We hired preferred roofing to re-shinge out home and garage. They did a wonderful job. They are responsive to messages and phone calls, gave me an accurate quote ans showed up on time. They have a good crew of hard workers and they got the job done timely and cleaned up so well I can't even tell they were here.

Everything was done very efficiently. Great company to work with. Crew did an excellent job from shingling to the cleanup. Came back later and walked the yard once more to check for nails and pickup any scraps. I would highly recommend them.

Excellent workmanship, great clean-up. Crew was showing up as I left for work, was done and cleaned up by the time I got home. Wouldn't have even known they were there.

When we were looking to reshingle our roof I was asking around and Prefered Roofing came up more than once. So we decided to go with them. Nick, the owner, was very professional from the start of the process. The crew showed up on time and knocked out our smaller house ( with a 10/12 roof ) and our two stall garage in a day. We had an old boiler vent that needed to be removed and then our waterheater vented out new through the roof. Preferred Roofing took care of it through a sub contractor. I cannot tell you how much my wife and I are happy with the work. The day after main install, a small crew came and magnet raked just to find any nails that the main install crew might have missed. HIGHLY Recommended....

Where do I start!? Preferred roofing and their crew did a FANTASTIC job throughout our entire process of repairing our 4 roofs on our property! Dave helped us out with the process before hand and working with insurance and was very responsive and professional! The crew was amazing and got the job done in one day and did an awesome job on the cleanup! They were courteous, polite and tried to take as much care of my plants around the house the best they could! They treated our property as if it was their own. They definitely went above and beyond, they gave us options, explained the process before starting and throughout. They kept us in the loop throughout the entire process and worked with my insurance company, they even got us in a few weeks before schedule! If you need your roof done I highly recommend preferred roofing, the owners and their crew are amazing and so hardworking. I am more than happy with the finished job!

I was very impressed with how expeditiously they got the roof done. We have an uneven roof with an addition that would make it more challenging but they did a great job. But I was even more impressed by how clean they left the job site. I had heard about their reputation of cleaning up when done, so after they finished I walked around my house diligently looking for some old shingle material or nails and seriously I could not find anything. I highly recommend Preferred Roofing

We would highly recommend Preferred Roofing of Pennock, Minnesota. Nick, the owner came out and gave us a quote and even helped us decide on the right color for our house and 2 storage sheds. Nick, and his awesome crew did a fantastic job at removing and re-shingling. The care they took at laying down tarps and cleaning up the yard was fantastic.

Our roof had wind damage last year. We spoke with many roofing companies before deciding on Preferred Roofing to re-shingle the roof. We chose them because we had some specific questions about the job, and they were always quick to respond to our questions and explained everything well. Prompt communication is their strength. The work crew seemed experienced and worked fast. They nearly finished the roof in one day. A few people came back a second day to complete the rest. I waited almost a year to submit a review. I wanted to see how the roof handled the snow first. This winter had a lot of snow, and we did not have issues with leaks or ice damming. We’ve been happy with Preferred Roofing. Would highly recommend.

Nick & his team are fantastic! We had them re-shingle our house after storm damage 2 years ago. We were so impressed that when we needed a new roof for our shed they were the only people we called. They are hard working & very efficient. They also take the extra time to clean up after words. Would recommend them every time!
