I honestly can’t say enough good things about Preferred Roofing. From the very first call after my house took some wind damage, they showed right away that they’re exactly the kind of company you want working on your home. They were on time, super professional, easy to talk to, and kept me in the loop the whole way. The work they did on my roof turned out beautiful as well.Nick, the owner, was awesome too — he walked me through everything and made the whole process way less stressful, especially since this was my first big home repair. I’d recommend Preferred Roofing to anyone without hesitation.

It was an absolute pleasure doing business with Preferred Roofing. We had them install new gutters on our house earlier this year which they did a fantastic job. Later on we found out we needed a new roof and they did an amazing job on the roof installation as well. While the work looks exceptional, even more impressive was the customer service provided. They are all great people and we were extremely impressed by the time and numerous questions Hunter answered for us. Hunter was awesome to work with and great at what he does. You can’t convince me there’s a better company for your roofing and gutter needs than Preferred Roofing in the Benson area or WC MN. I0/5 stars. Thanks again for all the help!

Nick did a great job communicating prices, options, and availability. They were able to fit me in their busy schedule to repair my roof damaged from the latest round of storms. Will definitely be using Preferred Roofing for any future needs.

Preferred Roofing installed gutters on our home and we are so glad we called them. From prompt service to excellent customer service, they are the real deal. Our gutters match perfectly and blend in so well and install day was a breeze. They completed the project in one afternoon and you wouldn't even had known they'd been there, other then the new gutters that adorned the eaves. Thank you for providing such great service at a reasonable price.

When I found out we had to replace our roof, I was nervous, after listening to people talk about their nightmares, finding good quality, timely jobs, etc. We got bids from a few different places, and we got a good vibe from Preferred Roofing. We were so glad we chose them! I couldn't believe in just a two days you couldn't even tell they had been here! Did a great job on shingles, fixed some damaged boards, replaced the bat proofing! And Everything was cleaned up! So thankful!!!

These guys are true professionals! The roof of my barn was in dire need of repair. It had a huge hole in it and there were a couple other spots starting to leak. These guys ripped the old shingles off, repaired the roof deck, reshingled the whole thing, and cleaned everything up in 2 days! I still can’t believe how quick they were and the barn looks beautiful again. It was worth every penny!

Exceeded expectations. They are a reputable family owned business, some may say, quality from a small town but, with BIG results. It showed in so many ways. Asking for, adressing, and ultimately fixing, any concern or questions I had. Mine's a 1920s house that had some questionable items to say the least. Steep to boot. Preferred Roofing has the knowledge and ability that squared up some gables that had some sagging to them, due to poor practices way back in the day. Replaced a facia board that was rotted on my garage. Nick and his crew really took the time to assess, evaluate, recommend, and ultimately repair what was ultimately needed. I must also mention, the selection and overall qaulity of shingles that Preferred Roofing has is much better than most GC's and Big Box stores has to offer. They also took the time to ask about my wintertime usage of an out building ( detached garage) to help gauge the amount of ice and water barrier to use. They pay attention, and it shows. Cleanup, which was done by all crew members, was absolutely phenomenal! If you're worried about how the crew does around your property, Preferred is the type to treat it with respect like its their own. Those boys knew what the heck they were doing when they took on this house. Old, steep, and the old layer looked like sun baked Dorito chips on one side, an old green salad on the other. If I ever have the need to replace a roof again, I'm going with Preferred Roofing. Their customer service, professionalism, pride of work, and quality of work is that in which can resonate thru generations. It'd be a real treat to hear that one day when Im old and gray, that my own child or grandkids had their roof replaced by Preferred because of how good they made mine again!!! Kudos to the entire crew, nothing but respect and admiration for the job well done.

The crew was impressive—I don’t think they ever stood still! Everybody knew what they were doing and they completed both roofs in one day. Afterwards, they cleaned up thoroughly, which I also appreciated. I would recommend Preferred Roofing.

Learned of Preferred Roofing from a raffle ticket drawing at Willmar Fest parade. Called shortly after and they responded immediately. Nick and Hunter came the next day to give me an estimate. I had 3 other estimates. From start to finish, they completed my roof project beyond my expectations. Timely, expertly, super cleanup after project and professionally done. I needed my gutters cleaned desperately, and had been putting it off for a couple years because I honestly didn’t want to deal with having to constantly follow up with a company to return my phone calls or ask to get serviced in a timely fashion. Hunter with Preferred Roofing was beyond opposite of what I expected! I called for service and within an hour heard from him about when he could be out and get the job done. I never once had to follow up with him, he came out same week and was extremely professional completing the job. I would 100% recommend Preferred Roofing and will have them back again!

This company and their staff are fantastic to work with. I had my roof done in October 2023 and am so pleased. Dave was always on top of things and communicated everything clearly and timely. Plus….I just got my warranty information in the mail from the warranty company. Preferred took care of filing all that information for me! From beginning to the end, they are clearly an awesome company to do business with!
