Preferred roofing did a great job of replacing our old roof. The crew was very professional, considerate, and repectful. Not only was the quality of work excellant, but they did an great job of cleaning up when finished.

Nick and Preferred Roofing did an amazing job on our house. They responded quickly and got the job done fast. Could not recommend them enough for anyone that needs a new roof. They left a very nice gift bag afterwards even. 10 out of 10 experience.

Exceeded expectations. They are a reputable family owned business, some may say, quality from a small town but, with BIG results. It showed in so many ways. Asking for, adressing, and ultimately fixing, any concern or questions I had. Mine's a 1920s house that had some questionable items to say the least. Steep to boot. Preferred Roofing has the knowledge and ability that squared up some gables that had some sagging to them, due to poor practices way back in the day. Replaced a facia board that was rotted on my garage. Nick and his crew really took the time to assess, evaluate, recommend, and ultimately repair what was ultimately needed. I must also mention, the selection and overall qaulity of shingles that Preferred Roofing has is much better than most GC's and Big Box stores has to offer. They also took the time to ask about my wintertime usage of an out building ( detached garage) to help gauge the amount of ice and water barrier to use. They pay attention, and it shows. Cleanup, which was done by all crew members, was absolutely phenomenal! If you're worried about how the crew does around your property, Preferred is the type to treat it with respect like its their own. Those boys knew what the heck they were doing when they took on this house. Old, steep, and the old layer looked like sun baked Dorito chips on one side, an old green salad on the other. If I ever have the need to replace a roof again, I'm going with Preferred Roofing. Their customer service, professionalism, pride of work, and quality of work is that in which can resonate thru generations. It'd be a real treat to hear that one day when Im old and gray, that my own child or grandkids had their roof replaced by Preferred because of how good they made mine again!!! Kudos to the entire crew, nothing but respect and admiration for the job well done.

The crew was impressive—I don’t think they ever stood still! Everybody knew what they were doing and they completed both roofs in one day. Afterwards, they cleaned up thoroughly, which I also appreciated. I would recommend Preferred Roofing.

Learned of Preferred Roofing from a raffle ticket drawing at Willmar Fest parade. Called shortly after and they responded immediately. Nick and Hunter came the next day to give me an estimate. I had 3 other estimates. From start to finish, they completed my roof project beyond my expectations. Timely, expertly, super cleanup after project and professionally done. I needed my gutters cleaned desperately, and had been putting it off for a couple years because I honestly didn’t want to deal with having to constantly follow up with a company to return my phone calls or ask to get serviced in a timely fashion. Hunter with Preferred Roofing was beyond opposite of what I expected! I called for service and within an hour heard from him about when he could be out and get the job done. I never once had to follow up with him, he came out same week and was extremely professional completing the job. I would 100% recommend Preferred Roofing and will have them back again!

This company and their staff are fantastic to work with. I had my roof done in October 2023 and am so pleased. Dave was always on top of things and communicated everything clearly and timely. Plus….I just got my warranty information in the mail from the warranty company. Preferred took care of filing all that information for me! From beginning to the end, they are clearly an awesome company to do business with!

Really great people to work with. Did it when they said they would. Completed in a timely manner and cleaned all debris up after. Kept us in the loop the whole time and for the price quoted. Even took care of the insurance company.

I e-mailed Preferred Roofing based on a referral from my neighbor. I provided some basic information and Nick had a proposal back to me the same day. They started one day and finished the next. The price was reasonable, the workmanship was great. The site was clean when they left. It was a job well done.

We hired preferred roofing to re-shinge out home and garage. They did a wonderful job. They are responsive to messages and phone calls, gave me an accurate quote ans showed up on time. They have a good crew of hard workers and they got the job done timely and cleaned up so well I can't even tell they were here.

Everything was done very efficiently. Great company to work with. Crew did an excellent job from shingling to the cleanup. Came back later and walked the yard once more to check for nails and pickup any scraps. I would highly recommend them.

Chose Preferred Roofing to reshingle my hail damaged house and unattached garage and couldn't be happier with the service I received. When we were looking to reshingle our roof I was asking around and Prefered Roofing came up more than once. So we decided to go with them. Nick, the owner, was very professional from the start of the process. The crew showed up on time and knocked out our smaller house ( with a 10/12 roof ) and our two stall garage in a day. We had an old boiler vent that needed to be removed and then our waterheater vented out new through the roof. Preferred Roofing took care of it through a sub contractor. I cannot tell you how much my wife and I are happy with the work. The day after main install, a small crew came and magnet raked just to find any nails that the main install crew might have missed. HIGHLY Recommended....

Excellent workmanship, great clean-up. Crew was showing up as I left for work, was done and cleaned up by the time I got home. Wouldn't have even known they were there.
